This is a talk about the virtue of courage. What is it? And can it still be found? I have begun by quoting Mary Frank’s discussion of the first two amendments to the U.S. Constitution only to suggest that they possess a logical order and connection, even if that order is perhaps inverse. Let me explain what I mean.

What are GenZ feeling? Why are they nostalgic for a near past and its less than digital objects? 

If we can have compassion on young people, seeing the zombie as a cultural trope symbolising this loss of a loss of soul, of safety, purpose, meaning, direction …. If we can do that, we start afresh to ask, what do our GenZs and kids and grandkids need right now?
